My employer says that he is going to run the taxes from the state where the company is located and not from the state where I'm actually working.
Says something changed on the company's front and the CPA advised that there won't be any problem .He's giving me all kinds of reasons about how he can't run the taxes from my state and says there won't be any problem in 485 stage.
If called for the 485 interview we may have to bring our pay stubs to the interview .In that case would there be any problem with this scenario.?
By the way the address I have on file for all my applications is another state (different from where I'm living and where my company is located).(If) called for an interview I guess it will be in the state which is on my applications . Does any one know if I'm right?

How about calling BBC during their morning meeting and request for covering our issue and fight for legal immigration?

It appears that we need to call in at 6am EST and the program starts at 1 pm EST. If we get to know that, we will be featured that will give 7 hrs for members to prepare for sending emails or to blog on their site?

BTW Is this a big deal in approving 485???

I received my EAD today, but my I-140/I-485 are pending. Is the EAD of any use right now? I think I have to wait for the I-140 to be approved before changing jobs, right?

Agreed.
OED defines Visa as "An endorsement on a passport indicating that the holder is allowed to enter, leave or stay for a specified period of time in a country"
By that definition I believe that a visa can be issue anywhere, inside and outside of the country.

Hi All,
I applied I765 in Jan 2011...but its in initial review state now(Nebraska).
Because of some urgent reason i have to leave US in April ...& no such fiexed plan to come back in US near future.
So m planning to withdraw i765 application...So anybody knows answer to my questions,
1.what is the procedure to withdraw?
2.Whats a address for Mail OR Email OR Phone Number?
3.What information do i need to submit?
4.How much time it will take to withdraw?

My Husband's I 140 got approved and his lawyer included my name as well in the I 140 application.
Can some one plss help me by letting me know if I can change to F1 for my further studies inspite of my name being included in the I 140 application

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

That requirement is only for foreign passport holders travelling on visa/or visa waiver.
Us citizens are required tp present a non-expired passport, it does not say how long the passport needs to be valid for
