People,
I filed my I-140 at NSC, but when I check case status online it says my I-140 was transfered to another Service center. It does not say which Service center though. My lawyer says he got all his mails form CSC, which means my I-140 is pending at CSC. Also my case number starts with WAC-XXX-XXXX, which also suggests that my case is pending at CSC. However, I am not convinced if this is correct because CSC does not publish processing times for I-140. Also, recently when I filed AR-11 for an address change I got an email from USCIS with the address of TSC on it. I would like to know if anyone is in the same boat and knows which service center there case is. I will appreciate your feedback.

I know that the EAD card comes directly to the applicant and not to the attorney.
What about RFE on EAD? Does that too come directly to the applicant?
Pls lets know when you get your EAD. It would be interesting to see how long it takes with this avalanche of EAD applications

If you have a phd, is it automatically EB1? or do the rules of employment should call for phd apply?

They ask list all colleges youhave attended or attend..
I have my MS (5 yrs back)
am currently enrolled in part time program..shoudl i give my current school info.
similarly in box 32 and 33..form 156
if i enter current employer is it ok to enter school name in 33...
> will it matter if my current enrollment is not in the same field as my previous???

You will get RFE from USCIS if u have not taken all necessary veccinations.and u will have to take them then...

My wife will be coming back from India during first week of Dec thru IAD. She has some type of infection in few of her fingers with few blisters. I am worried her fingerprinting at POE may not work and may show an error. Has anyone encountered this issue ever? Do they capture all 10 fingers? Her infection is only in few fingers.

No, Only a Green Card holder in a Legal Permanment Resident. All other Visa Holder or Pending AOS is not LRP yet, but that should not cause an issue with your loan application. They might ask additional documents to validate you status here, but should be okay.

It depends, on several factors inlcuding which service center it filed, is there any RFE or any document missing etc.
In ideal case it geenrally takes 4-8+ weeks.
If you want any fater within 2 weeks) you can file under premium prossing with addtional 1000$ fee.
